As part of a team of seven, I helped design and develop a full-scale visual merchandising and retail experience concept for a specialty pickleball boutique called PICKLD, located in Beverly Hills. Our goal was to differentiate this store from traditional sports retailers by creating a luxury boutique ambiance tailored to the rising popularity of pickleball. We developed a comprehensive store layout, window display strategy, fixture and mannequin plan, and signage philosophy. I specifically contributed to the window display design, AI-assisted storefront visuals, and merchandise presentation strategy. This hands-on project showcased my ability to combine trend forecasting, visual merchandising, and branding to craft a compelling in-store consumer experience.
